Well, I have found a way to fade away the frustration which comes to one’s mind when his/her favorite series is off air. I usually play the video games based on Dragon Ball Z TV show so that I can memorize the days when we used to watch Dragon Ball Z episodes on TV. It gives relaxation to one’s perplexed mind and refreshes it to act more brilliantly.

The game was released in 2005 by Avalanche Studios and was published by Atari. The game has three basic fighting styles: Melee, Combo, and Ki with each its own features.

Dragon Ball Z: Sagas has nineteen levels in it which are next split into the sagas. The sagas are: Saiyan saga, Namek saga, Frieza saga, Yardrat saga, Trunks saga, Android saga, and the Cell Games saga. In all levels of the game, the player must complete many quests, arrange upgrades, fight with the enemies and kill the culprits. Among the main characters of the game are: Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo and Future Trunks etc.

The fans of Dragon Ball Z welcomed the game with open arms. Though several Dragon Ball Z games have been released after it, craze for Dragon Ball Z: Sagas is still in the air. The reason behind so is that the game is very unique and so entertaining that one can’t get up from his seat before completing the game.

Role-playing that I am speaking of, is a text-based game that follows a story-line plot (Of virtually anything, I don't think there's such thing as limitations.) and characters of the story which are played us, role-players. Role-players literally take the role of who they are playing as. Role-plays can be anything as I said before. Action-based DBZ Role-play? Sure. Romantic OC (Original Character.) based role-play? Why not? Role-plays can also be a murder mystery type thing where role-players are continuously killed off and the goal of the role-players is to discover the murderer. There's no limitations.

Here's an example of role-playing using two of my OC's:

"Well Kojeen, where should we head now?" Kenneth asked with a some-what un-interested stare. He obviously had little interest what was going on. These Nadirian bandits were small-time. So much for an epic bounty hunter mission.

"Getting a little bored, eh mate?" Kojeen asked, sensing the unenthusiastic tone of Kenneth's tone. "I tell yah what gov'nuh, in a little while, we're gonna be seein' some real fire works after a while." He said chuckling to himself. After that we can go back to the capital and sit on our bums while all the king's horses and all the king's men feed us grapes directly to our mouths." He said chuckling a tad more. Kojeen was obviously amusing himself, no doubt at that.

And after that, Kenneth would post, and of course there's no double posting, that's what we call playing with yourself... Wait... *Ahem* And that doesn't mean Kenneth HAS to post right after, if there is another role-player with them, he or she may post as well, but he or she doesn't have to. It's dependent on who posts and who doesn't, and frequent non-posters can and should be consider in-active. If it gets too bad without a good reason, the owner of the role-play can kick them out if they wish too.

Basic outline:

The universe of Cowboy Bebop opens decades after the explosion of an experimental warp gateway has caused major damage to the Moon and bathed the Earth with radiation, leaving an asteroid ring that threatens the surface with daily meteorite bombardments. Survivors have virtually abandoned the barely-habitable Earth to colonize the inner planets, the asteroid belt and the moons of Jupiter, with the entire solar system accessible via reliable warp gates. Government corruption is rampant, and Interplanetary crime syndicates exert influence over the government and the Inter-Solar System Police (ISSP), limiting their effectiveness in dealing with crime. As a result, a bounty system similar to that in the Old West is established to deal with fugitives, terrorists and other criminals.

Set 2071, and follows the adventures of the crew of the spaceship Bebop are a partnership of bounty hunters, called "cowboys", who travel the Solar System trying to apprehend bounties. Initially the series follows the two principle case members :Jet Black, the owner of the Bebop and main protagonist Spike Spiegel. However, during its travels, the Bebop rapidly gains new crew members, much to the visible annoyance of both Jet and Spike. Most episodes revolve around attempts to bring in a specific bounty. Some of the Bebop's varied targets include small time thugs, gangsters, hackers (known as "net divers" in slang), religious leaders, psychopaths, genetic experiments, mutant creatures and petty thieves. Though the characters advertise themselves as self-interested, their actions frequently show that they are sympathetic to the plight of others. On several occasions, the crew forgoes the chance to collect bounty rewards upon learning of the circumstances of their targets. The crew of the Bebop spends much of its time on Mars, the new central hub of human civilization.


Occasionally the Bebop crew members' pasts catch up with them, and the show regularly turns to the history of the main characters in flashbacks. Spike's past as a syndicate enforcer is a major element of the series, while other episodes deal with Jet's previous occupation as a police officer on Ganymede, Faye's mysterious past and significant debt problems, and Ed's childhood. The day-to-day life of the crew is also explored during the series. A major recurring theme is the chronic lack of money, a situation that is not helped by the crew's frequent inability to collect on bounties. This results in the general disrepair of the Bebop and common shortages of food.

My review:
I really enjoyed this anime, it has a few interesting things about it. One being the fact that each episode is a unique adventure. Only a few episodes have more then one part. I like this because you're not waiting for the real action while watching flashbacks of the same thing *Cough*Naruto*cough* for three episodes straight. It's annoying. Cowboy Bebop harmonizes action with story. Some times shows get so wrapped up in story elements, *Cough*Inyuyasha*Cough* the plot line is essentially destroyed or has no influence on the current events. Cowboy Bebop's plot line however, is simple, easy to follow, and enjoyable. This is my favorite anime, and the fact that it won awards, only makes me wonder why it isn't included in the above "Major Anime" forum.

You guys should really check it out, I think you'll enjoy it.

Anyhow, the amine has a constant Jazz theme, which is like, a 100% plus.

Saiyans are from the planet Vegeta (what used to be planet Plant). The planet is named after the king of Saiyans, Vegeta. He later gets a son and also calls him Vegeta, this is the Vegeta we know.
Planet Vegeta was destroyed by Frieza. Most of the Saiyans died here. Frieza had already killed king Vegeta.
The surviving Saiyans after planet Vegeta's destruction are: Vegeta, Nappa, Radditz and later in a movie Brolly and his father.
The Saiyans are ruthless and not very advanced. They eliminated a race called the Tuffels which they first shared the planet with, they built a space ship and flew to other planets, took them over, and sold them for money and technology. They were like planet stock brokers. With their ability to become Oozaru's with a full moon they increased in power over 10 times what gave them the advantage to take over. More stages of a saiyan are written below, from weak to strong.

Normal Saiyan:

Normal Saiyans always have black hair, except for half breeds. Like Trunks, he has purple hair but he still is partly Saiyan. Saiyans also have black eyes and a tail, except when it has been removed just like Goku.

Super Saiyan:

This is a Level reached only by training hard, so hard that boundaries are broken and almost go mad. The Saiyan drastically changes from looks, but also his spiritually powers (powerlevel) sky rockets. The colors of the hair and eyes changes, the eyes go green and the hair goes blond (golden) Super saiyans have: Bigger Muscles, Long blond hair (depends on how the strong the saiyan is). Mostly a Yellow glow and lightning surround the fighter
The ones who achieved this goal are: Goku, Gohan, Goten, Vegeta, Trunks

Ultra Super Saiyan:

1st reached by Trunks en Vegeta in the Room of Spirit and Time (aka The Hyperbolic Timechamber). This room is the ultimate weapon to train in because 1 day outside is 1 year inside, very handy if you dont have allot of time. 1 of the bad things is that the body ages a year in one earth day. the room is one emty space were temperatures can change drastic. And because the room is nothing but emptyness you can do what ever you want! Trunks and Vegeta were the 1st ones to train in there as Super Saiyans and achieved great power. Muscles grew bigger but speed decreased
The ones who achieved this goal are: Vegeta, Trunks

Super Saiyan 2:

Compared to Ultra Super Saiyan strength doesn't increases that much, but speed is increased multiple times. and the hairs of a Super Saiyan 2 are more split and spikier. Super Saiyan 2 was achieved by Gohan against Cell when he destroyed Android #16 by standing on his head and crushing the life out of him.
The ones who achieved this goal are: Goku, Vegeta, Gohan

Ultra Super Saiyan 2:

The only one capable of this form is the one and only Brolly, because he is the legendary Super Saiyan. Brolly is the son of the low level Saiyan, Paragus. Brolly is part of the legend which only takes place every 10.000 years that an extreme strong baby was born. Brolly appears in the movies and not in the series. His normal state is Saiyan but he can easily transform.
The ones who achieved this goal are: Brolly

Super Saiyan 3:

This is the last form of super saiyan in Dragonball Z. The transformation is almost the same as a Saiyan or Super Saiyan. It just isn't that easy to get in this form. This Transformation also needs a lot of power and also takes a lot of energy to remain in this form or else you will change back into a normal Super Saiyan. The most recognizable things are the hair, which is way longer than a normal Super Saiyan or a Super Saiyan 2, there is a glow and again the eyes turn green but have pupils now. Every thing improved, power, speed, sight! The Saiyan also looks a lot meaner because the eyebrows are gone and his forehead looks bigger. The most complete form because everything is improved.
The ones who achieved this goal are: Goku

Oozaru:

This isn't a Saiyan level, but a transformation caused by the full moon, the Saiyan has to have a tail to transform. Once a Saiyan goes Oozaru he becomes 10 times as deadly and super big with a power to cause mass destruction.

Golden Oozaru:

This is caused by a Saiyan looking from the moon to the planet (the planet acts like a moon). The Oozaru is incredibly strong and only a saiyan who has completed this transformation can achieve Super Saiyan 4. For the record, this is only done in Dragonball GT, a sequel of Dragonball Z.
The ones who achieved this goal are: Goku, Vegeta

Super Saiyan 4:

For this stage you 1st need to be able to transform into a Golden Oozaruu. Goku is the only one who achieves Super Saiyan 4 on a natural way. Vegeta also achieves this goal but with a little help of a hyper modern device made by Bulma.

Saiyans are from the planet Vegeta (what used to be planet Plant). The planet is named after the king of Saiyans, Vegeta. He later gets a son and also calls him Vegeta, this is the Vegeta we know.
Planet Vegeta was destroyed by Frieza. Most of the Saiyans died here. Frieza had already killed king Vegeta.
The surviving Saiyans after planet Vegeta's destruction are: Vegeta, Nappa, Radditz and later in a movie Brolly and his father.
The Saiyans are ruthless and not very advanced. They eliminated a race called the Tuffels which they first shared the planet with, they built a space ship and flew to other planets, took them over, and sold them for money and technology. They were like planet stock brokers. With their ability to become Oozaru's with a full moon they increased in power over 10 times what gave them the advantage to take over. More stages of a saiyan are written below, from weak to strong.

Normal Saiyan:

Normal Saiyans always have black hair, except for half breeds. Like Trunks, he has purple hair but he still is partly Saiyan. Saiyans also have black eyes and a tail, except when it has been removed just like Goku.

Super Saiyan:

This is a Level reached only by training hard, so hard that boundaries are broken and almost go mad. The Saiyan drastically changes from looks, but also his spiritually powers (powerlevel) sky rockets. The colors of the hair and eyes changes, the eyes go green and the hair goes blond (golden) Super saiyans have: Bigger Muscles, Long blond hair (depends on how the strong the saiyan is). Mostly a Yellow glow and lightning surround the fighter

Ultra Super Saiyan:

1st reached by Trunks en Vegeta in the Room of Spirit and Time (aka The Hyperbolic Timechamber). This room is the ultimate weapon to train in because 1 day outside is 1 year inside, very handy if you dont have allot of time. 1 of the bad things is that the body ages a year in one earth day. the room is one emty space were temperatures can change drastic. And because the room is nothing but emptyness you can do what ever you want! Trunks and Vegeta were the 1st ones to train in there as Super Saiyans and achieved great power. Muscles grew bigger but speed decreased

Super Saiyan 2:

Compared to Ultra Super Saiyan strength doesn't increases that much, but speed is increased multiple times. and the hairs of a Super Saiyan 2 are more split and spikier. Super Saiyan 2 was achieved by Gohan against Cell when he destroyed Android #16 by standing on his head and crushing the life out of him.
The ones who achieved this goal are: Goku, Vegeta, Gohan

Ultra Super Saiyan 2:

The only one capable of this form is the one and only Brolly, because he is the legendary Super Saiyan. Brolly is the son of the low level Saiyan, Paragus. Brolly is part of the legend which only takes place every 10.000 years that an extreme strong baby was born. Brolly appears in the movies and not in the series. His normal state is Saiyan but he can easily transform.

Super Saiyan 3:

This is the last form of super saiyan in Dragonball Z. The transformation is almost the same as a Saiyan or Super Saiyan. It just isn't that easy to get in this form. This Transformation also needs a lot of power and also takes a lot of energy to remain in this form or else you will change back into a normal Super Saiyan. The most recognizable things are the hair, which is way longer than a normal Super Saiyan or a Super Saiyan 2, there is a glow and again the eyes turn green but have pupils now. Every thing improved, power, speed, sight! The Saiyan also looks a lot meaner because the eyebrows are gone and his forehead looks bigger. The most complete form because everything is improved.

Oozaru:

This isn't a Saiyan level, but a transformation caused by the full moon, the Saiyan has to have a tail to transform. Once a Saiyan goes Oozaru he becomes 10 times as deadly and super big with a power to cause mass destruction.

Golden Oozaru:

This is caused by a Saiyan looking from the moon to the planet (the planet acts like a moon). The Oozaru is incredibly strong and only a saiyan who has completed this transformation can achieve Super Saiyan 4. For the record, this is only done in Dragonball GT, a sequel of Dragonball Z.
